6th and 7th Grade Achievement Exam
Due to expected inclement weather, the 6th & 7th Achievement Exam that was scheduled for Saturday morning has been canceled. This exam will not be rescheduled. All registration fees will be refunded. If you paid by check, we will be shredding all checks, unless you prefer us to mail your check back to you. Marian High School’s Achievement Exam and Creative Sampler Workshops is for girls enrolled in sixth
and seventh grade and will be held on
February 4, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
The Achievement Exam is not an admissions exam, but rather a helpful way for you, your parents and Marian to measure your educational achievement level. Exam results will be mailed within four to six weeks after the exam.
Following the exam, students are sure to enjoy one of the many fun activities featured in our Creative Sampler Workshops. The workshops give girls the opportunity to explore several programs at Marian. The following workshops will be offered: speech, art, band, basketball, computers, dance, journalism and science. Girls will be able to participate in one workshop.
Upon your arrival you will sign up for a workshop. Sign-up for the workshops are on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to venture out and try something different if you have participated in the workshops before. A complimentary pizza lunch will be served after the workshops.
