Vice President of Advancement

The Vice President of Advancement is responsible for the development and execution of donor and prospective donor engagement strategies to advance the philanthropy culture and results for the school. This position is directly responsible for overseeing the Advancement Team, with a direct supervisory role over all personnel who serve on the team and the programs executed by the team. This position is the primary development strategist for Marian leading the Advancement Office. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, relationship-driven executive with a proven track record of fundraising success. A commitment to mission-driven organizations along with being accessible, approachable, professional in all respects, strong communication skills and critical thinking are among the key attributes required for this position.
