Alumnae Director
The alumnae director is responsible for planning and executing alumnae activities, programs and publications that foster alumnae connections, involvement and support of the mission of Marian; and in conjunction with the vice president of advancement, identifies, cultivates, solicits and manages a portfolio of alumnae donors and prospects through personal visits and events.

The Marian Fund Director
The Marian Fund Director is responsible for planning and implementing an annual giving program; including direct donor solicitations, direct mail, telefunding, prospect research, gift acknowledgement, tracking financial status, as well as working with and developing volunteers. The Marian Fund Director is charged with achieving the financial goal set forth by Marian’s Board of Directors, which makes up the difference between the real cost of education at Marian and tuition revenue.

School Receptionist and Attendance Supervisor
Marian High School is seeking a full-time School Receptionist and Attendance Supervisor. The School Receptionist answers all incoming calls to Marian, greets visitors and maintains accurate attendance records for all students. Work performed requires outstanding organizational skills. Flexibility is key for this role as the sequence of tasks may change from day to day.
