2021 Open Gyms & Summer Conditioning
All Marian athletes are encouraged to attend summer workouts. Summer conditioning begins Tuesday, June 1. All sessions will be held in the gyms and weight room unless otherwise noted. Please enter through Marian’s lobby doors. For summer conditioning and camps, Marian will be following COVID activity guidelines as prescribed by the NSAA and county health mandates. All students and coaches will be expected to wear masks when entering the school building.

Strength and conditioning along with team runs begin Tuesday, June 1. Subsequent weeks will be:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 6-8 a.m.* at Marian
*After the first week, groups will be determined and you will practice with your group from 6-7:30 a.m. or 6:30-8 a.m.
Saturday runs begin June 5 | 7-8 a.m. at Lake Zorinsky | 3808 S 154 St. | Directions for meeting place will be sent.
Please contact Coach Wright if you are interested, and he will assign you a conditioning group. All mileage will count toward the 300 Mile Club.
300 Mile Club – Begins Sunday, May 16, and ends on Sunday, Aug. 8. There are 85 days to log 300 miles. A mileage report is sent by email to Coach Wright every Sunday, which contains the mileage covered for that week. Over 125 different runners have joined the club over the years.
