Walk-A-Thon 2021 – FOAM WAT

Donation Link-

2021 Walk-A-Thon (WAT) is set for Friday, September 24. Sponsored by Student Board, WAT is a student-led fundraiser to support Marian’s operating budget. All of the funds raised during WAT go directly toward scholarships given to Marian students. This year’s theme is “Foam WAT.”  The girls are filled with energy and excitement to reach the goal of $95,000. As an incentive to raise funds this year, there will be a foam machine for students to have a dance party in at the end of the walk. Friendly competition between the four grade levels is encouraged.  The two classes who raise the most money will walk a shorter, two mile route. While the other two classes will walk a longer, four mile route. The schedule for Sept. 24 will be sent out that week – it is considered an early dismissal day.

Students received the 2021 WAT informational packet on Friday, Aug. 20. This packet contains a letter from Ryan Sully ’22, vice president of the student body, about this year’s event, tips on fundraising, important collection dates and incentive information. If you have any questions about Walk-A-Thon, please contact Student Board Moderators Jessica Abel at or Beth Dye at
